Blossom and Bloom provides comprehensive event planning and coordination services in Northern California for individuals and businesses. We specialize in weddings, milestone celebrations, academic, and business events, ranging from intimate gatherings of 10 guests to large events of 300+ guests. We utilize our 10+ years of experience, to make your event seamless and memorable. We are there every step of the way from planning to day of coordination.

Services

 

Package 1

The following services are to serve you on the day of your event.  

  • Initial consultation to discuss your event vision

  • One site visit including review of set-up and floor plan

  • Timeline development and implementation

  • Contact and confirm vendors

  • Coordinate final details (i.e., set-up, delivery, design, etc.)

  • Vendor management and supervision during event

  • Oversee one site for set-up

  • Manage seating arrangements

  • Review event programs if needed

  • Collect and secure all gifts, card boxes and other specified items

  • Primary contact for wedding and special event party, guests and vendors during the day of the event

  • Unlimited correspondence and advice through email, telephone and voicemail

  • For Wedding Events :

    • Confirm Rehearsal Attendance

    • Manage Rehearsal (If Needed)

Package 2

Designed for the person, couple, family, friends or group who would like to plan their own event but need help getting started.  This option includes Package 1.

  • Consultation on design concepts, budget review, etiquette and contract reviews

  • Provide vendor list, review quotes/contracts and vendor confirmation

  • Make appointments and recommend creative ideas

  • Assistance on hotel accommodations for out of town guests

  • One (1) on-site assistant included with the package

A La Carte services

  • Budget session or overview

  • Collaborate, discuss and develop design and theme

  • Location sites

  • Guest list maintenance (ex., seating arrangements and R.S.V.P.)

  • Activity planning for wedding weekend or event

  • Hotel accommodations
